1. When will my order ship?
Once payment is received, your order will be processed and shipped out in the order that it is received. Most orders ship within one business day.
2. How much will it cost to ship my order?
We have shipping quotes to allow you to estimate your shipping cost for your order.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit Cards(Visa, Mastercard), PayPal (PayPal Confirmed addresses only, additional charges may apply), COD Money order and Wire Transfer.
4. Do I have to pay sales tax?
Since you are resellers you don't pay any sales tax, only California resided business are required to send Seller's Permit.
5. How do I make changes to my order?
Please contact us via email and "Change my order" in the subject line.
6. When will my credit card be charged?
Your card will be charged only for the amount of items available at the time your order is being shipped.
7. Where can I find my package invoice?
Your invoice is going to be taped on the outside or inside of your box.
8. Where can you ship orders?
I ship anywhere in the U.S.and Canada.
9. How do I use promotion code?
If you have any promotion code, please write the promotion code in comment section of your order.
10. Do you accept International Orders?
Sorry. we don't accept it at this moment.
11. How long does it take to process a return?
Once your return package is received, it generally takes 1-7 business days to file the necessary paperwork and issue a store credit (only store credit).
12. How do I return an item & what is your return policy?
In general, all sales are considered final. All claims, including non-defective item returns, must be made within five (5) days of receipt of goods. Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number as goods will NOT be accepted without prior authorization from our company. Any returns or credits will NOT be issued without a RA number. All RA requests will be authorized or declined within 15 days of the receipt of merchandise. A restocking fee of up to 30% of the value of the merchandise may be imposed on non-defective returns.
13. I received the incorrect item. What should I do now?
